What stood out most was the compassion. I couldn’t figure out how to do a virtual visit, and the provider actually came to my home to help me complete the process. That kind of care is rare these days.
I appreciated how flexible the scheduling was. I was able to book an evening appointment after work, and everything was done online without stress. Professional, respectful, and efficient!
As a veteran, I truly appreciated the discount. The provider was knowledgeable and kind, and the whole process was simple. I highly recommend True Phoenix to anyone starting the certification journey.
